Pipelinq
CRM, quotes and deals, in the same you already work in. No separate sales database, no second login.
Clients, pipeline, quotes, customer centre. One CRM.
Pipelinq manages clients and contact persons, tracks leads through a visual pipeline, turns quotes into contracts and invoices, and runs your customer centre: tickets, incidents, questions and complaints in queues with agreed answer times. Sales and operational dashboards sit on top.
Drag leads through your own stages.
Configurable stages with values and close probabilities. The Pipeline board and the Sales dashboard show pipeline-by-stage, revenue-over-time and win-rate live from the same records.
Every client in one place, with their whole history.
A 360° client view: leads, requests, contact history, projects, complaints, all on one screen. Every client is also a Nextcloud contact, so the phone number on your phone is the one in the CRM.
Quotes become contracts. Contracts become invoices.
A quotation and its contract are one record. Once it is accepted, the same lines, price and client carry over with no re-entry. The active contract hands its lines to Shillinq for invoicing, so quote, contract and invoice never drift apart.
A customer centre for tickets and complaints.
Tickets, incidents, questions and complaints land in queues with an owner and an agreed answer time. Your team sees what is due first, breaches show up before the client calls, and nothing waits in a personal mailbox.
Customer contacts and reporting.
Log calls, emails and visits with an outcome and channel. Export to a spreadsheet, or schedule a nightly export for your accountant. Humaniq relates hours and projects to contracts and invoices, so the report covers the whole job.
It works the way you work. And it works for you.
Four things you would normally pay extra for. In Pipelinq they are built in.
A quote is accepted. The rest happens by itself.
Today: you accept the quote, then open three other screens to create the project, plan the kick-off and tell the team. With a flow you set that up once. The moment the quote is accepted, the project exists, the kick-off task is on the right desk and the discount over ten percent waits for your approval before anything goes out. Every Monday at nine, a list of leads nobody touched for two weeks. Nothing forgotten, no chasing, no coding.
How automation worksYour CRM, exactly your way. Without a developer.
An installer needs a site-visit step before the quote. A wholesaler wants delivery region on every client. A consultancy needs the hourly rate on the lead. Add the field, add the step, drag the widget you look at first to the top, hide what you never use. In the running app, in minutes, and your changes stay with every update. That is a CRM that fits your business, not one you fit into.
How customising worksYour CRM, exactly your way. Without a developer.

How customising worksJust say it. Your CRM does the work.
Back in the car after a client visit, you talk to your workspace. Say "log my call with Jansen, they want the quote in May" and it is done: call logged, follow-up planned. Ask "which deals went quiet this month?" and the assistant reads you the list. Tell it to prepare the quotation and a draft waits for your review at the office. You decide per assistant what it may do. Nothing changes without your say-so.
Meet the assistantClients answer their own questions. In their own portal.
Today: a client mails to ask where their request stands, and someone on your team digs it up. Give clients their own door instead: a portal in your house style where they see their requests, contracts and appointments, ask and sign quotations, and book a slot without calling. Powered by Portaliq, working on the same records your team sees. Fewer where-is-it calls, and answers at eleven at night without anyone on duty.
Give clients their own portalWe ship the widgets you need
Pipelinq fills its Sales and Operational dashboards, the client screens and your Nextcloud home dashboard with ready-made widgets. The set below starts with the ones teams look at first. Design your own widgets with Buildiq, or build your own dashboard from all your data with LaunchPad.
Mail, contacts, calendar and files. Already yours.
Your CRM lives where your email, address book, calendar and documents already live. That is the point of a workspace.
Open a message in Nextcloud Mail and click "New lead from this email". The subject becomes the title, the sender and a snippet land in the notes, and the message stays linked. Every five minutes Pipelinq also links client email automatically, even by company domain. Open a client and the correspondence is just there.
Read the docsThree apps that complete the deal.
